My job is to find out what the business actually needs, not only what was asked for in the first meeting, and to write it down so the technical team can build it. I enjoy complex problems, because the best solutions start with understanding people before systems.

Run stakeholder interviews and requirements workshops with client brands, and deliver digital solutions from requirements to launch. Led the launch of a new online booking & reservation system with an admin dashboard for requests and booking analytics.

Digital channel apps used by more than 10,000 people needed changes requested by several business teams, each describing them differently.
Ran sessions with stakeholders, mapped the current process flows, and separated business rules from system behaviour.
BRDs, user stories with acceptance criteria, process flows, and UAT test cases tracked in Jira.
Clear functional specifications the engineering team could build against, and UAT cycles that ended in business sign-off.
As a customer using the app, I want to track the status of my request, so that I don't need to call support.

Users of Rawa were dropping off before completing key steps, and the data collected along the way was not accurate enough to act on.
Analysed user behaviour and the customer journey with funnel analysis to find the friction points, and tracked digital-adoption KPIs.
Build-ready specs for the fixes, prioritised with RICE, and A/B tests to validate the changes before rolling them out.
Conversion rate and data accuracy up 30%.
